That version of you already exists — sometimes hidden under layers of responsibility, exhaustion, or stories you’ve carried for too long. My work is to help you reconnect with that self.

In the cold autumn days when life feels frozen, let’s sit together and thaw what’s been stuck — gently, with warmth and curiosity. Therapy isn’t about fixing; it’s about slowing down enough to listen to the parts of you that have been waiting to be heard. With me, there’s space to laugh, to be serious, to sit in silence, and to explore what healing could mean for you.

I often weave together both Chinese and English in our sessions, or your preferred language with English — half and half, like the in-between spaces many of us live in. The words that feel most natural to you matter. Sometimes one language can express what the other can’t, and that’s okay. I want you to feel at home in our conversations — linguistically, emotionally, and culturally.

My approach blends warmth and reflection. Some days we might process deep feelings or untangle painful memories; other days, we might talk about small moments of joy, or how you’re learning to care for yourself again. I see therapy as a shared creative space — one where laughter and tears can coexist, and where you don’t have to choose between being strong and being human.

Together, we’ll explore, heal, and imagine your way forward — one honest conversation at a time. Whether you’re navigating identity, relationships, burnout, or just the quiet ache of wanting more ease, I’ll meet you where you are, in all your languages and layers.

I charge $250 for 50 min sessions, $300 for 60 min sessions, and $50 each for each additional person in a poly relationship.
