Victoria Holland

Victoria Holland brings both professional and lived experience to her clinical practice, drawing on her background as a Transgender individual, member of the Queer community, and as a veteran. These experiences have given her a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by veterans and LGBTQIA+ individuals, as well as a strong commitment to creating affirming, inclusive spaces for healing.

Her work is grounded in trauma-informed, client-centered care, with an emphasis on meeting people where they are and building upon their strengths. Through her training and personal experiences in direct service work and navigating systems such as the VA, she has developed extensive knowledge of community resources that can help support her clients. She is  committed to providing affirming care and creating safe and comfortable therapeutic spaces where her clients feel seen and supported.

Victoria approaches therapy from an open, and  affirming perspective, recognizing the importance of honoring clients’ identities, relationships, and experiences without judgment. She is committed to supporting individuals in ways that celebrate their autonomy and resilience. Victoria approaches her work with warmth and authenticity, creating space where trust and growth can naturally develop. Her professional interests include psychedelic-assisted therapy, harm reduction, and examining how identity, community, and mental health intersect in people’s lives.

Victoria is a graduate student in the Master of Social Work program at Columbia University. She received her bachelor's in clinical psychology and in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality studies at UMASS Boston
