Emma Rothman

Emma Rothman (she/her) is a Master's of Social Work candidate studying psychedelic assisted therapy methodologies at the Columbia University School of Social Work. She specializes in trauma-informed, patient-centered care, particularly working with adolescents and young adults with complex medical histories.

Emma utilizes a holistic, strengths based approach, pulling from prior experience in sexual and reproductive health, non-heteronormative intimacy and relationships, and supporting people through life transitions. In addition to her client-facing work, Emma is an advocate within her organ, tissue and cornea donation and transplantation community.

Emma is dedicated to cultivating a safe space where people feel respected, heard, and affirmed regardless of their racial, gender, sexual, spiritual, or cultural background.
